We are currently OPEN with enhanced health and safety protocols. This site provides information on our products and services. Please call us during business hours 808-320-8870 (Hawaii LOCAL Time) Mon-Fri 9am to 4pm or Sat 9am to 12pm. If we don’t answer we’re probably busy harvesting, washing, and preparing our fruits and flowers for packing and shipping. We could also be out fishing, hiking, playing the ukulele and enjoying our beautiful island home, Kaua’i!

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before using the kauaifruit.com website (the “Website”) operated by The Pineapple Store formed in Hawaii, United States (“us”, “we”, “our”) as this Terms and Conditions contains important information regarding limitations of our liability. Your access to and use of this Website is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to everyone, including but not limited to visitors, users and others, who wish to access and use the Website.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you do not have our permission to access or use the Website.
Ordering Policy
If you are looking to order for Take Home or Pick Up, stop by our retail store Monday - Saturday or visit kauaifruit.com for more information. Stop by to try (seasonal samples) or call us at 808-320-8870 to reserve for pick up--remember we sell out daily!
We pre-pack fresh pineapples and papayas for "Take home as Check-in Baggage." Shipping orders can be placed over the phone or in-store during normal business hours, even if you need to pick up on Sunday or after hours as long as you preorder, we can arrange that with you.
As a courtesy from all Hawai’i airports, you are allowed a check in 1 box of Hawaiian grown pineapples per person, free of normal baggage fees with Alaska, Delta, American, US Air, United, and Hawaiian Airlines. *Ask our sales staff about size restrictions for Hawaiian and United Airlines.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Our regular shipping days are Monday and Tuesday. Shipments are delivered to their address within 2 to 3 business days, deliveries on Thursdays or Fridays in the late afternoons.
A service charge for incorrect address will be charged per UPS of $25.00. Also, Alaska Delivery Service Charges will be applied prior to ship out.
To ensure all freshness of our perishable items they cannot be delivered on Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Holidays. Orders are freshly packed within a few hours priors to shipping. All orders must be placed at least 3 business days prior to your desired delivery date.
UPS Air Delivery from Hawaii on-time guaranteed, there is shipping restrictions around the holidays, our perishable items cannot be guaranteed by Wednesday before Thanksgiving nor December 24 through December 26th 2015
Return Policy
All perishable fruits flowers and edible treats are final, and no refunds will be given. We are always concerned that our customers receive the best possible product. In the event it may be delayed due to UPS and arrive damaged, we will be happy to make a claim for you and replace items with evidence of products and welcome your feedback.
Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order, please email us at pineapplestorekauai@gmail.com call us at 808-320-8870. All orders must be cancelled before Monday.
Privacy Policy
When you place an order with us, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, and email address. We consider this information to be private, and we keep this information on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, administering our site, notifying you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you (only if you select to be included on our mailing list). We will not, in any circumstances, share your personal information with other individuals or organizations without your permission, including public organizations, corporations or individuals, except when applicable by law. We do not sell, communicate or divulge your information to any 3rd parties or mailing lists.
Transaction Currency
All transactions are done in US Dollars. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express Cards.
Notification of Changes
The Pineapple Store reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. We will notify you immediately of making any changes to these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms of service to this website.
